HypnoBirthing Prenatal Classes

Don’t want pain meds? This will help you immensely! Looking forward to your epidural? HypnoBirthing helps you relax, be present, and leave labour anxiety behind. No matter what your goals are, HypnoBirthing is a beautiful way to welcome your new baby.
HypnoBirthing is so much more than your typical childbirth classes.
Our HypnoBirthing prenatal classes aren’t your typical “I could’ve read this in a book” option. We focus on the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of pregnancy and birth - which are often overlooked in other pregnancy classes.
Despite your best efforts, sometimes intervention is required for the safety of you and your baby - and that’s okay! HypnoBirthing helps create a positive, gentle birth experience, regardless of the outcome.
You’ll learn how to work with your body (instead of against it!) to make the process easier, and make informed decisions whether you’re at 2 cms or at 10.

Sundays at 7:00 pm from March 2nd to 30th 2025 - ONLINE with Jessica
Sundays at 7:00 pm from May 4th to June 8th 2025 - ONLINE with Jessica (No class on May 18th)
Saturdays at 9:00 am from May 31st to June 28th 2025 - In Person with Mercedes
Sundays at 7:00 pm from August 24th to September 28th 2025 - ONLINE with Jessica (No class on August 31st)
Saturdays at 9:00 am from October 18th to November 15th 2025 - In Person with Mercedes
Sundays at 7:00 pm from November 2nd to December 7th 2025 - ONLINE with Jessica

Your HypnoBirthing Class Registration includes:
12.5 to 15 hours of class (5 2.5 to 3 hour classes once a week)

7 downloadable tracks
Scripts, class notes, visualization posters, a birth plan template, and support from your educator via tex/phone/email before, during and after the birth as needed.
