Mom & Baby Yoga

Mom & Baby Yoga is a Virtual class for moms and babies 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum.

What you can expect:

Each session includes supportive discussions, core and pelvic floor-focused yoga, and engaging songs and sensory play for your baby—all from the comfort of your home!

How You will benefit:

  • Restore core strength, pelvic floor health and balance after having a baby.

  • Ease tension in areas like the neck, shoulders and back which often bear the strain from feeding and carrying baby.

  • Rebuild muscle tone and enhance flexibility in a supportive environment!

  • Learn Mindfulness and Breathing techniques to lower stress and promote relaxation.

  • Meet other moms to share experiences and feel supported in a judgement free space.

How your Baby will benefit:

  • A strengthened bond with you through closeness, eye contact and touch.

  • New sounds, sensations and sights which foster their brain development.

  • An emotional connection in a safe, calm and rhythmic environment.

*NO Experience is necessary to join this popular series. You can begin at any stage of pregnancy.
